When Nathan & Anni Fay built their dream home, every detail mattered—from architectural flow to the smallest finishes. Anni had a clear and elevated vision for the landscape: it had to match the elegance of the home, impress every guest and neighbor, and feel like a true extension of their style.
The interior was flawless. The structure was perfect. But the outside hadn’t yet caught up.
That’s where we came in.
Nathan & Anni trusted us to guide them through our full design + build process. Together, we created a master plan that blended the home’s lines with their personal aesthetic. Anni was highly involved in the design—but when it came time for construction, they let us take the lead.
They trusted the process. And the results reflect that.
But one of the biggest challenges? Their HOA.
Carlton Woods Creekside has one of the most rigorous HOA approval processes in the area. We designed exactly what the Fays wanted—then adjusted that design to meet strict community standards. After the final inspections were passed, we began carefully amending the landscape to reflect more of their personal style—all while staying within the guidelines.
Initial approvals are the hardest. But once you’re through, smart revisions can make the space truly yours.
And this one? It’s theirs. And it’s stunning.
From a vision to a fully realized estate landscape, the Fays now have a yard that matches their home’s luxury from every angle—front to back.
One that passed every test, met every requirement, and still feels entirely personal.

We’ve added a couple of water features to the house—a fountain in front and another on the side—that they designed, and they’re beautiful – It’s been outstanding.
