After our first meeting and before we charge you anything, you’ll receive an estimated budget for your project so you can make informed decisions without any surprises.
We can begin the design process immediately after your first consultation, and we’ll move at your pace—no high-pressure sales tactics. Once you’ve approved your proposal and submitted a 10% retainer, we’ll add your project to our construction schedule.
Some clients have started their projects within just 2 weeks of their first call, but timing depends on how quickly decisions are made, HOA approvals, project scope, and your responsiveness during the process. The faster you move, the faster we can too.
Yes. We offer smart phasing options that help you achieve your goals over time without creating extra costs or design compromises later.
Each timeline depends on the complexity and size of your design, but most builds take between 1 to 4 weeks to complete. Before you commit, you’ll receive an accurate construction timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
Once we begin your project, we stay on-site until it’s done—unless something outside our control requires a pause. For example, if you’re building a new home and we get ahead of the builder’s schedule, or if another contractor needs to complete a task before we can continue.
You’ll have full access through our online client portal, where you can view your project schedule, estimates, invoices, and communicate directly with our team.
You’ll also receive a Price Lock Guarantee in writing, along with a full set of project plans at your Pre-Construction Meeting. After your project is complete, we’ll provide you with an “As-Built” plan showing where all irrigation lines, lighting cables, and other buried elements are located. A detailed planting plan can also be included for future reference or maintenance.
